  • S&P futures down 0.4% in Friday morning trading. Major US equity indexes on track to finish mostly lower this week though there has been a lot going on beneath the surface as a number of pro-cyclical pockets of the market and heavily shorted names have seen strong gains while growth and momentum plays have tended to lag.
  • Asian markets mixed overnight with Japan and Taiwan among the laggards while Hong Kong was higher.
  • European markets are mostly weaker.
  • Treasuries firmer across the curve.
  • Dollar stronger vs euro but lagging yen.
  • Gold little changed.
  • WTI crude down 1.4%.
