  • S&P futures down 0.4% off lows, after US equities came under pressure to start Q4 on Tuesday.
  • Asian markets lower overnight. South Korea and Australia posted sharp declines, while Japan and Hong Kong saw more moderate pullbacks. China remained closed for the National Day holidays.
  • European markets under pressure.
  • Treasuries firmer across the curve. Dollar slightly weaker against the yen but a bit better vs the euro. Sterling weak on latest Brexit headlines. Gold up 0.1%. WTI crude up 0.2%.
