  • S&P futures up 0.7%, back near best levels, after US equities, put in a mixed performance last week in the wake of a big two-week rally.
  • Asian markets higher overnight with South Korea up nearly 2% and China up over 1%, while Japan was closed for the holiday.
  • European markets higher after rallying again last week.
  • Treasuries weaker with some curve steepening.
  • Dollar weaker on the major crosses, particularly sterling.
  • Gold down 0.4%.
  • WTI crude up 1.1% after gaining ~5% last week.
