Chicken Or The Egg?

Today I question if the bonds market led equities or vice versa. 

I also go through a lot of thoughts and questions I have with the current market setup.  Some may say it's rambling but every so often it's good to lay it out there

A couple put spread ideas and two new long ideas in Financials.   Holding my Rosary saying prayers with these trades.  

Bonds and Gold have very EXTREME sentiment at 98% and 95%.  

I'm headed into NYC to Bloomberg and will be on TV at 2:30 EST.
