  • European indexes lower, but many markets closed.
  • Asia markets were mostly higher.
  • Treasuries are unchanged to a bit firmer at the short end.
  • Dollar better against the euro but slightly weaker against the yen.
  • Gold up 0.4%.
  • WTI crude down 1.0% after finishing up 0.8% yesterday.
